If anything he should be happy to see that you are still coming to the gym. If you feel like it has made a difference that is worth the cost and helping you get to your goals of losing weight then it might be worth it. She's letting herself down and coming up with excuses." Which sounds kinda mean but it came from a place of love. Having someone safely help you will help you reach your goals and hopefully not hurt yourself but also push you. It also means there is no excuse not to go to the gym because someone is waiting for you. I started a yoga membership this month because yes I can practice at home for free but having a teacher help me sink into stretches or tell me if I am going to hurt myself. I consider it a gift to myself.<br /><br />Anyway, hugs friend. It sounds like you are feeling a little defeated and I know that feeling.
