Good Monday Morning! I get to see my favorite WW peeps today and tomorrow at my workshops. I am excited as my members always put a pep in my step. This week’s technique is all about movement…a goal I set which has not been very consistent. So, great timing!
This month
is busy with Elk events and a Wedding Cruise!
Each of these events impacts my full commitment to my WW plan. I’m trying my best to manage it all, but
weight gain is just part of the social package.
I’ve been talking with some WW members and friends on the concept of
losing “just” one pound a week. One pound
a week, with consistent focus on tracking, movement, mindset, and sleep will yield
50 pounds in a year. That’s it…consistency,
commitment, and time.
I’m excited
to see what I can accomplish by next October!
Last weekend
we took the RV to Jerome for the District Deputy (DD) Clinic at the Snake River
Lodge. Susan and Scott have a
new-to-them RV and made the drive down on Friday to stay an extra night.
John and
Crystal also have a new-to-them RV and after rolling in late, stayed the night
with us on Saturday.
We attended
the DD Clinic on Saturday morning and then changed into our Boise State attire to
watch the football game at the lodge.
The lodge was hosting a 50-year class reunion, so we had a great time
visiting.
This weekend
is the Elks District Campout and next weekend is the Wedding Cruise. I told my husband last night when we went to
bed that being a social butterfly is exhausting!
