After gaining for three weeks I have now lost for
three weeks. It feels really good!

My shorts are also fitting better. I put on a pair of shorts on Wednesday that
felt a lot less tight than they did when we were in Hawaii. That makes me feel hopeful!
I still have a long way to go but I’m taking it one
week at a time. I had good success last week with planning and cooking my
meals in advance. I know it really helped.
I also know that not
traveling helps to keep my weight down. I have a trip with a
friend to Salt Lake City coming up. I’ll
be working hard until then for sure.
