I
miss the Old Lindsay.
I
don't mean the Pre-WW Lindsay. The only thing I miss about my pre-WW
days is the abundance of happy hour visits.
I'm
talking about the Old Lindsay from the time I made goal to last
August. The one that didn't have back issues. The one that could
exercise without restrictions.
I
miss my kicking boxing class and my Group Active class at the YMCA.
I miss high intensity exercises that get your heart rate pumping and
makes you feel good afterwards.
I
miss when maintenance felt easy. When I didn't have to worry about
the number on the scale because I knew regardless of being up or down
I would still be within goal range.
I
miss that Lindsay.
