Weekly WI: A Loss...Finally

I had a loss today. It’s been 6 weeks since I last had a loss. It feels good.



I also got in a double dose of activity. I’m hoping to hit my 200% movement goal today but I’m not sure I’ll get there. I did a treadmill workout so I could earn my special charm.



And an elliptical workout so I could try it out on the Aaptiv app and also earn another award.


I ran errands and cleaned house this afternoon and have plans with friends tonight. I’ve been working hard to keep the points low and per-plan.
