Good Afternoon and Happy Wednesday! I am about to finish my workday, working today in exchange for having last Sunday off, and I stayed up waaaaay too late last night. I’m tired.

I had lofty goals to go home and log some activity
minutes but that was early morning Lindsay.
Afternoon Lindsay is too tired.
Thankfully we have a dinner plan in place to keep me semi-on track!
The Weight Watcher app updates have not rolled out as
far and wide as our members would like.
I barely got the update around launch day. I decided this morning to try the All In
Mode. I’ve been debating back and forth
for a week or so.
The only downside to the new All In Mode is having to
track everything. It has literally been
one day I am tired of weighing, measuring, and tracking my Zero Point foods. The other side of the coin is perhaps I need
this extra effort to make the scale move back down. I was thinking this morning while getting
ready for work, I would love to lose just 10 pounds. Boy would my clothes fit better!
I started my CPM (Certified Public Manager) course
last week and we snuck away for a few days to Vegas near the end of the
week. Vacation was not nearly long
enough but the temps were brutally cold in Vegas. I’ll give you a quick recap soon.
I need to utilize this space more and once I am in a
better headspace, I hope I’ll also get my spark back with weight loss,
activity, and blogging!
