Weekly WI:Full Steam Ahead With All In Mode

It’s been a full week utilizing Weight Watcher’s new All In Mode.  While I’m not still entirely sure how the new Weight Health Score works, I am finding my grove with All In Mode.  I still don’t love tracking everything but I’ve found a good enough balance.

I tracked all week, including the days I went over my daily points.  I wasn’t sure what expect with no Weekly Points Budget on the All In Mode.  As it turns out…nothing happens.  You simply stay at 0 points left from your daily balance and on the right, your used totals all points used for the day.  At first, I thought this might have impacted my Weight Health Score.  All I really can do is follow the big number it displays.  I thought the number dropped but the next day, the overall Weight Health Score had risen.  I have no idea why or what causes the changes.

This morning my score is up to 54.  WhoooHooo!  I started adding in activity so I suspect that is what is helping to increase my score.

Oh yea, I don’t love tracking my sleep.  But again, I’m trying.

I didn’t weigh in last week as I assumed it would be up after our quick Vegas trip.  I don’t have real data from stepping on the scale this week, a maintain from two weeks ago, so we will see if the scale is down on Tuesday.  I will keep at this All In Mode as I start to re-build my activity routine.  We are talking about habit building in our Workshops this week and identifying the first step.  I spent some time on Tuesday pre-planning my activity through February 1 which includes making my return to the gym.
