August Apple Watch Activity Goal

My August Apple Watch Activity Challenge is a pretty easy one.  


Thank goodness!



 

I have to complete 16 workouts of at least 15 minutes this month.  I am glad it wasn’t a major mileage challenge as I am not sure if I have it in me.  I do need to get back to a daily exercise routine and start working on some variety too.  The ability to log just 15 minutes and not have to be on a treadmill makes me really happy.

 

Since the wedding was on August 1st,  I started up the ‘ol activity tracker and logged 20 minutes of dancing.  


Hey…when you have goals to meet, you get creative!
