Hello and Happy Sunday.
We have had a BUSY 4th
of July holiday weekend at work. I am
officially halfway through day 3 of 4 and boy am I ready for the weekend.
I have been trying to branch out
on my meal plan and this week I tried out a new WW recipe. As always, I modify my recipes. Part of that is to lower the points and part
is due to what I have on hand and/or what I like as far as types of
products. I also like to reduce the
servings because I only like leftovers for a few days.
Today’s recipe was Italian Soup
with Beans and Chicken Sausage. It was delicious.
For ease, I used the Instant
Pot. It came together really easy and I
still have three days of leftovers.
