I have been challenged to log 103.3 miles, an average of 3.3 miles per day. Yikes!
I’m going to try my best. On a normal workdays with no extra activity, I log about 1.5 miles. On a day off where I’m out and about with exercise I can often log over 10,000 steps. So, maybe with the two I can somehow complete the challange.
My body isn’t what it used to be so getting in the teadmill for a 5K each day isn’t realistic. Hopefully it counts all mileage activity but I’ll do my best.
Here we go...
