Weekly WI: A Small(er) Gain

My WI went great, considering I gained one pound.  I was ecstatic that I am NOT back in the 220s.  

That was a huge relief.  And, it was a huge relief to not have another huge gain.  However, I am going to have to work hard to lose the 10.4 pounds I’ve gained over the last six weeks.  I’ve logged six blue dots in a row which means I am on a good path to losing again.


My 40th Birthday is in October, which means I have five months to get my weight back down.  If I can lose two pounds per month, I’d be back down by my Birthday month.  If I can lose four pounds per month, I might still be under 200 pounds.  I don’t want to stress it though.
