Despite a gain of 0.2 pounds, I still managed to hang onto the 219’s for another week. I wish I had gotten a few more pounds off before vacation and I’m not sure why I can’t pull more steady losses.
I have this week to go and I’m hoping if I stay on track, I can have a solid loss after the last two weeks of up/down. My headspace is better this week. I don’t know what was behind my funky mood.
Regardless of where I wish I was, I had a loss for the month. Down is always good!
