The scale finally gave up its strike and rewarded my hard work.
I’ll tell ya, I was mentally prepping myself this morning just Incase I didn’t see a loss. I was hoping that I could at least continue to maintain until something changed and I found the right combo for losing. Whew! Going into Thanksgiving week definitely makes me feel like I made some headway.
The plan for this week is the same as it’s been every week. Track my food, plan my meals, and get my activity in. I’ve got a couple social things on the calendar and of course a big Thanksgiving meal. I love turkey, good thing it’s 0 SPV.
