I had a great WI and meeting. I lost 1.2 pounds and it feels good to see the scale going down again. My stomach also feels smaller.
It is no surprise that tracking has a direct correlation with my weight loss. The month of July is looking good and I’m rocking the blue dots!
I have a few social outings this week and I’m taking days off next week. But, tracking and balance has been working for me so I’m going to keep doing it. I’m going to give my foot/heal a little more rest too. I’ll see how I feel after house cleaning/errands and the family reunion. If it’s not better, I might need to go to the doctor.
