Weekly Weigh-In

Despite having a crazy weekend of food anddrinks I managed to show a small loss at my WW meeting on Tuesday.
Actual weight was 184.6

When I got on the scale at home that morning it looked like I was going to have a slight gain.  While I was bummed it wasn’t like the gain wasn’t earned.  I ended up getting a nice surprise when I got to my meeting.  I am happy for another loss.  This is now seven losses in seven weeks and a total loss of 4.8 pounds.  I am closer to reaching my five pound star.

It is hard mentally to stay the course with such small losses.  I had a lot going on last weekend and there is still more to come for the month of March and also into April.  If I keep on the “small loss course” I will eventually get back to my goal weight.  I might start looking at where I can cut a little more of my food to create a bitter deficit.

I also need to clean up my food a bit.  I struggle with eating veggies and it shows in my food photos.  I might not always get in all my GHGs and that is okay.  I just need to continue to stay focused, keep up with my activity, and balance my eating out/eating in.

The scale is going in the right direction and I can’t be upset at all about that!
