One of the
benefits of my job is getting to ride in a police car.

Instead of
dispatching today I’ll be doing a ride-a-long with one of our troopers. Each team has two scheduled rides a year and
today is my day.
I’m not sure
how much trouble we will find. I am kind
of a jinx when it comes to ride-a-longs and we usually don’t find anything
good. But I always keep hope!
