WW Fresh Cranberry-Apple Relish

I made this delicious Fresh Cranberry-Apple Relish WW Recipe I found on the WW app/email.  The actual recipe called for 2/3 cup sugar, which I subbed in Monkfront Sweetner and reduced the amount to 1/4 cup.  It isn’t really sweet and has a nice bit of tart to it.  




The relish was really good with my Thanksgiving meal and I’ve been eating the leftovers with fat free cottage cheese, which is zero points on the Purple Plan.

It was super easy to throw together since it all goes into the food processor.  I didn’t have any lemon zest so I subbed in some lemon juice.  The longer it sits, the more it juices up.  






I would make this again for sure.
