After my sad activity two weeks ago, I redeemed myself last week.
My FitBit total are sent to me in an email and the
totals for last week were really low. I
realized that while I have been working hard this week to increase my activity
I wasn’t syncing my FitBit in the evenings.
While I rocked my APs this week, my FitBit was saying I was a slacker.
So, I added up my own FitBit totals this week.
Wednesday:
Walk with Rebecca at the mall. 3+ miles
covered. 3 APs
12.986 steps and 5.63 miles

Thursday: 2.75 mile walk outside (HOT) at 16 min/mile pace. 4 APs
10,477 steps and 5.21 miles
Friday: Mowed lawn. 2 APs
4,711 steps and 2.03 miles
Saturday: 2 mile walk outside that was low and hot. 2 APs
8,420 steps and 3.65 miles
Sunday: 4 mile WATP DVD. 4 APs
9,561 steps and 4.45 miles
Monday: 2 mile walk at 6am with Kenyon after work. 2 APs
7,097 steps and 3.06 miles
Tuesday:
No Activity
8,027 steps and 3.46 miles
I ended
my week with 17 APs, which is the most I have earned in several weeks. I strive for 20 APs and ended up taking off
Tuesday. I am happy with my
activity. I am working hard to keep it
up this week as well.
